BEHIND THE BRAND
Bside Jewelry was created in 2013, resulting from a big change in the life of its creator, Rita Seguro.
It all started when playing around with her kids, making macrame bracelets. Then, a very basic jewelery workshop , where the passion for working with metal arose.
Self-taught, in constant learning, Rita creates and produces her pieces in her studio-store in Lisbon, under manual and traditional jewelry processes.
All pieces are made in 925 silver,usually with matte, oxidized or gold-plated finishes.
We like to play with textures, organic material, irregular stones. They are not always perfect ... from the imperfect we create our perfection.
