1 - MATERIALS AND CERTIFICATION
All pieces are in 925 Silver. Its color is not related to a change of material but to the treatment given, which can be gilded with a 24-karat Gold or oxidized bath.
The pieces of the BSIDE JEWELRY brand are made by hand in 925 Silver or 925 Silver with 24 Carat Gold plating , using traditional jewelery techniques. Therefore, there may be small differences between the final piece you will receive and the one that illustrates the photograph of the online store. We appreciate understanding.
The pieces are certified by the INCM Contrastaria, ( incm.pt/portal/uco_activity.jsp ), which checks the legal touch, that is, permeation of precious metal contained in an alloy, and the application of the contrast with the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent. The application of the marks is only mandatory on parts weighing more than 2 grams.
The buyer can always, in case of doubt about the authenticity of the pieces, resort to the services of the Contrastarias for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the material.
In addition to the online store, the pieces can be viewed and purchased at the brand's studio, at Rua Tomás da Anunciação 1-B, in Lisbon, where they can be inspected by the competent authorities for this purpose.

2 - WARRANTY
According to Portuguese law, all parts are guaranteed for two years.
The guarantee does not cover the natural oxidation of Silver or the elimination of the Gold bath, as well as signs of use, the passage of time, or visible marks of misuse.
The warranty does not cover the loss of parts, stones or theft.
3 - REPAIRS
They must be requested through the e-mail info@bsidejewelry.com indicating the name of the piece, following which all indications will be provided to proceed with the repair.
4 - EXCHANGES
Within a maximum period of 14 days you can exchange for another piece of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the invoice and guarantee.
To do this, you should contact the studio through the email info@ bsidejewelry which will respond with the procedures to be followed. Exchanges are only approved when dealing with unused parts, inside the respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice.
Custom or custom-made parts cannot be exchanged or returned.
5 - RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION
The deadline for exercising the Free Resolution right ends 14 days after the purchase of the piece. The decision of Resolution must be communicated by e-mail: info@bsidejewelry.com , accompanied by the buyer's data (Name, Address, Name of the Piece and Date of purchase).
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center ( centroarbitragemlisboa.pt ).
6 - PRICES
The prices of the jewelry available in the online store BSIDE JEWELRY include the tax at the rate in force in Portugal (VAT of 23%, tax imposed so far).
BSIDE JEWELRY reserves the right at any time to change the price of items or services and conditions of its online store or to carry out promotional campaigns.
7 - STOCK
We try to have all jewelry presented in the online store available for fast delivery, 2-7 working days, as indicated in our online store. However, at some times there may be some stock outages and shipping delays. If the item you are ordering is not in stock and there is a delay in production after placing your order, you will immediately receive a notice from us stating the delay and presenting a new delivery date. We will always be available to resolve any issue and streamline the entire ordering process.
8 - PAYMENT
Payments can be made via PayPal or by bank transfer
9 - SHIPPING
The jewelry availability period is 2 to 7 working days.
All shipments, national and international, will be made via CTT - Correios de Portugal, SA - under the registered mail form. The registered mail has an associated registration number and can be followed by the CTT website:
During the purchase process you will be asked for invoicing and delivery addresses.
Please check all personal and shipping information when completing your order.
In the event that an order is returned to us with the wrong and / or incomplete address, due to the customer's responsibility, the new shipment will be charged to the customer.
If the Customer decides to refuse his order, he will be responsible for paying any amount related to the return of the same to our studio.
Registered mail is not insured mail. If you wish to insure your order, please email as at info@bsidejewelry.com and pay the extra amount of that insurance, which will be indicated by us after consulting the existing possibilities. After sending the article Bside Jewelry is not responsible for the loss of the order.
